A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your seat.
For cancellations received 35 or more days before the first-day of the retreat will receive a refund equal to 90% of the portion of the registration fee that is not the non-refundable deposit.
For cancellations received between 21 and 34 days before the first-day of the retreat, you will receive 50% of the portion of the registration fee that is not the non-refundable deposit.
For cancellations received fewer than 21 days before the first-day of the retreat, you will forfeit your entire registration fee.
All cancellations must be in writing and received by midnight central US time to be eligible for the bracketed refund periods.
Refunds will be processed within one month of the date on which the cancellation is received.
